Built for Insight Advantage Group's accounts-payable: it reads the mailbox, files every email, posts invoices across multiple Syncore accounts, and reconciles to QuickBooks. About 20 hours a week back. Here it is running.

An email hits the AP mailbox, MailSort classifies and files it, then the AP watcher extracts, reconciles the math, and matches the Syncore PO. It branches: clean invoices post, discrepancies route to CSR then rejoin, duplicates dismiss · one human approves every dollar.

The builder.

I'm a software developer and virtual assistant with 2+ years building AI web apps, REST APIs, and automations from scratch, across Python, Node.js, TypeScript, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce.

I have shipped production tools across healthcare, SaaS, and service businesses, and I have sat in the operator's seat too, running CRM, calendar, and content ops for whole teams. That is why I know which manual work is actually worth killing, and how to kill it without breaking what works.
